License Deactivation & Revocation
Upon processing your refund, your associated license key and machine activations will be automatically deactivated and marked as refunded on the Keygen licensing authority. Your workstation will revert to the lifetime Free Tier.
Partial Refunds
Goodwill or partial refunds do not affect your license: it stays fully active as long as the total refunded amount is less than the price you paid. If cumulative refunds reach the full purchase price, the order is treated as a full refund and the license is deactivated as described above.
After 14 Days
Beyond the 14-day window licenses are final and non-refundable. If something is not working, contact support first: most activation, hardware-change, and pipeline issues are resolved within a day, and a fix is better for both sides than a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, submit a request via our Support Form or email us directly at contact@cgnas.com with:
- The email address used during purchase.
- Your order reference number or checkout receipt ID.
- A brief note describing why HairStorm was not suitable (optional, but greatly appreciated to improve the software).
Processing Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed and acknowledged within 1 to 2 business days. Once processed, funds typically reflect on your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Please request a refund through us first instead of opening a dispute with your bank: it is faster for you and avoids dispute fees. A chargeback is treated as an immediate full refund: the license is deactivated at once, and delivery and activation records may be submitted as evidence to the payment provider. Abuse or repeated refund-and-dispute patterns may lead to refusal of future orders.
Refunded Licenses & Local Copies
A refunded license must no longer be used: please delete installers tied to paid features and stop using paid-only exports. Your account stays available and HairStorm keeps working on the lifetime Free Tier, and you are welcome to purchase a new license at any time.
1-Year Non-Recurring Licenses & No Automatic Rebills
All HairStorm paid licenses are 1-year purchases with no automatic renewals or recurring subscriptions. When your term ends, no card is ever automatically charged; you can choose to re-buy a new license at your convenience. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all license purchases.
